Ethiopian spices, peppers, onions, and tomatoes impart a slight heat to this tender meat. Served atop saffron rice and seasoned pita bread triangles
 
Marinated chicken strips are skewered and grilled atop an open flame. Served with a honey mustard or red curry peanut dipping sauce
 
New Zealand lambchops are marinated in a pomegranate- Meriot reduction and seared to juicy perfection
 
Honey, guava, and brown impart a slight sweetness to these melt-off-the-bone ribs while our smoky barbecue sauce perfectly complements the flavors
 
Served with bleu cheese and celery sticks

Sea Platter (CHOICE OF THREE) $225

 
Lightly battered and fried catfish served with a spicy Cajun remoulade
 
Succulently prepared shrimp are served atop a bed of saffron rice and drizzled with pan sauce made from fresh mango puree
 
Jumbo lump crabmeat is prepared with our own blend of herbs and seasonings then pan fried to perfection. Served with a red pepper coulis
 
Lightly breaded and deep fried calamari are served with our housemade marinara sauce
 
Lightly fried creole- seasoned shrimp served with sweet chile ranch dipping sauce and caramelized lemon halves

All platters feed approximately 15 people. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation. Any deposits paid will not be refunded. Thank you for your patronage!
